The Renaissance of the Gardens is our Encanto Citizens Association’s current major project. Working with landscape architect Jack Gilcrest, the Valley Garden Center, the Phoenix Rose Society, and the City of Phoenix Parks and Recreation Department, Arboreal and Rose Gardens at 15th Ave and Palm Lane are being revitalized. As part of the State of Arizona Centennial year celebrations, the Renaissance of the Gardens was designated an Official Arizona Centennial Legacy Project.
